Studies in Testimony is a peer-reviewed, online and Open Access journal founded to be a site of advanced critical and theoretical examination of testimony in all its various forms. The philosophy of the journal is to encourage a productive and dynamic relationship between the various approaches to testimony in fields as diverse as literary theory, history, and psychoanalysis.

Taking an interdisciplinary approach to this area of study, articles, reviews and commentaries form the basis of each publication, which will aim to foster new areas of enquiry and revisit topics of continued and lasting relevance. The journal aims to publish work by established scholars but also work by emerging voices in the field of testimony.

Studies in Testimony is hosted by the English Department at Manchester Metropolitan University.
